About

I am a licensed clinical psychologist seeing clients based in Massachusetts, Connecticut, as well as PSYPACT authorized states. Helping others to feel their best has been a lifelong passion, and I am incredibly grateful that it is my profession. I consider working with you to be an honor and a privilege.

When I am not at work, you can find me out doing anything in nature with my husband and two young boys.

Education
I received my B.A. in Psychology from Washington University in St. Louis, my M.A. in Clinical Psychology from Columbia University, and my doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University.

Experience
I developed my expertise in women’s reproductive mental health while working at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center in a variety of women’s health clinics, such as Obstetrics and Gynecology as well as Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility. I received specialized training at multiple VA centers in evidence-based treatments for distress related to acute and chronic health conditions, including chronic pain, insomnia, fibromyalgia, cancer, and heart disease. I have also worked extensively with individuals experiencing anxiety, mood disorders, and relationship difficulties.

Teaching
I am an Adjunct Professor at Pepperdine University, where I teach a course examining the effects and treatment of trauma within diverse populations.
